Dear All
I am sorry to announce that all Tai Chi for chronic pain classes are cancelled as of Monday 23 March 2020.
We are working very hard to set up alternative, online provision. Please check here for updates.
I have been told that we may NOT use ‘whatsapp’ for communication as it is not secure enough.
Kind regards
Matthew.
From 15 March all live classes cancelled due to the virus.

Dear All
The class times for Whitstable are changing by half an hour:
The first class (Fundamentals) will run 6.30 – 7.30pm.
The second class (Long Form) will run 7.45 – 9.00pm.
My hope is that the earlier times will make it easier, especially in the dark months. It will help with getting to bed earlier, which we should all be doing right now.
The charge starts from next week 21 Nov 2018.
Kind regards
Matthew.
